Hi, I’m Ben (aka BTJ). I am a part-time illustrator, part-time ski instructor, and full-time advocate for the pocket sketchbook, colour, and looking harder.

I have an MA Illustration, BA Geography, almost Level 3 Austrian Ski Instructor Certification, and a concerning preoccupation with “boring” things. I try and blend analogue and digital processes (where I can) and am currently trying to create with colour for colour’s sake.
