Hi! I’m Ben, a self-taught artist/illustrator from Bath. Since starting out in 2016 I have learnt a lot about the world of illustration and publishing. In my time at the University of Oxford I was lucky enough to work with The Oxford Blue, The Cherwell, The Isis Magazine, The Oxford Review of Books, Phaser, The Anthroposphere, Broad Street Humanities Review, and Keble College Arts Magazine ‘Fig’. I also had the chance to produce work for The Crankstart Scholars Council, Oxford University Drama Society, and the student film production ‘Catch Me’.

In the last 8 years I have taken regular commissions and expanded my range of mediums, now with significant experience in digital illustration as well as traditional techniques.

My current focus is on drawing out shapes and colours from our complex world, and using these to produce simple but effective representations.
